The FreshVaahak Driver App collects precise device location data, including:

• Foreground location (while the app is in use)
• Background location (while the app is running in the background)

Why we collect location data

• Assign delivery trips near the driver's location
• Provide navigation to pickup and delivery points
• Track delivery progress in real time
• Improve route planning and logistics operations
• Ensure service reliability and operational efficiency

Background location collection is necessary so the system can assign nearby trips to available drivers even when the app is not actively open on the screen.

Drivers can manage location permissions through device settings; however, disabling location access may prevent the App from functioning properly.
